iCloud Control Panel

With today's high speed Internet connections and smart applications, there are few limits on what we can do. The iCloud Control Panel provides solid proof that modern technology is fascinating. Once the control panel is up and running on your computer, you must sign into the same Apple account you are using with your iOS device. There are various ways in which you can tweak your iCloud settings. The iCloud Control Panel provides two modules, one for pictures, bookmarks and emails and one for contacts, notes and other contents. One of the aforementioned modules consists of a clean and simple panel, on which you can enable picture and bookmark synchronization features. Like other cloud services, the iCloud can immediately download any pictures you take with your mobile device and it can also share them with contacts of your choice. In other words, when you take a picture with your iPhone, you will find it in a special folder on your hard drive, without being asked for any input.

Other contents from your mobile devices can be managed on a web-based user interface. Besides the possibility of sifting through your emails, contacts, calendar entries, notes or reminders, the Find My iPhone option is a particularly useful feature. If you enable it on your Phone, you will be able to track it on the web interface, in case it gets stolen. Additionally, iCloud Control Panel allows you to play a sound on your phone, erase everything on it or lock it with a PIN, to prevent the thief from resetting the device.
